PG Foils announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 October 2015, inter alia, have approved the following businesses:1. Board has considered and approved to transfer the unclaimed/unpaid dividend amount of 2007-08 to Government Investor Education and Protection Fund.
2. Board considered the interim dividend @ 10% and after some discussion board felt that some additional data required for the finalizing the dividend and for this the board referred the Finance Manager to provide the data required up to the date of next Board Meeting and proposal for interim dividend stands still till next Board Meeting and discussion thereon.
