Outcome of board meeting of Rishi Techtex

Rishi Techtex announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 March 2015, has approved the appointment of Sudhanwa Kalamkar & Associates, Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditor of the Company to carry out Secretarial Audit as per the provisions of section 204 of the Companies Act 2013.
