Rubra Medicaments announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 June 2016, inter-alia, the following businesses were considered-

1. Abha Kapoor, appointed as Director (Finance) and Chief Financial Officer.

2. Atul Anand, appointed as Managing Director.

3. Ashok Sahu, appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director.

4. Varsha Gupta, appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
