Outcome of board meeting of Saksoft

Saksoft announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 June 2016, have approved to acquire a further 25% of stake in Threesixty Logica Testing Services ("360logica"), the subsidiary of the Company (currently the Company holds 51% in 360logica).
