Zylog Systems announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following:1. As Part of immediate Revival plan the Board mandates a leading advisory firm to prepare a CDR package.
2. In order to raise Funds immediately among various options board decided to include Disinvestment of whole or part of its subsidiaries.
3. The Company is in the process of redressing 12 pending new investor complaints including non-payment of Dividend.
