PAE will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 23 May 2014 to Consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2014, Consider and approve raising of funds by:a. further issue of equity shares on rights basis to the existing shareholders of the Company or
b. issue of Convertible Debentures or
c. issue of Non Convertible Debentures.
3. Co-opt a women Director on the Board of the Company.
