Paramount Communications announces resignation of director

With effect from 31 July 2014

Paramount Communications announced that State Rank of India, the lead bank, vide their letter dated 31 July 2014 has informed the Company that Ram Kumar Sharma, who was appointed as a non-rotational Nominee director of the Company by the State Bank of India, has resigned from the directorship. His resignation has been duly accepted by the Board.
