Pfizer announces appointment of director

With effect from 04 November 2016

Pfizer announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Dr. Anurita Majumdar as an Additional Director (Woman Director) of the Company, designated as Executive Director, Medical with effect from 04 November 2016 for a period of 5 years. The appointment of Dr. Anurita Majumdar will be subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
