Piramal Enterprises to raise up to Rs 500 crore

Through private placement of NCDs

The Administrative Committee of Board of Directors of Piramal Enterprises has approved the issue of secured Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis upto Rs 400 crore with an option to retain oversubscription of up to Rs 100 crore, aggregating the total size of the issue to Rs 500 crore. These NCDs are proposed to be listed on Wholesale Debt Market segment of NSE.
