PNB Housing Finance announces ratings action by CARE

PNB Housing Finance announced that the ratings assigned by CARE Ratings (CARE) to the long term instrument/bank facilities including Non-Convertible Debentures and Fixed deposit of the Company have been removed from credit watch and revised to CARE AA+; Stable (Double A Plus, Outlook Stable). Further, the rating of CARE A1+ (A One Plus) assigned to the short term instruments/ Commercial Paper issue of the Company is reaffirmed
