Board of Kirloskar Pneumatic Company appoints director

Pneumatic Holdings announced that the Board of Directors of Kirloskar Pneumatic Company (KPCL), a listed material subsidiary of the Company, in their meeting held on 22 July 2016, have approved the appointment of Krishnamurthi Venkataramanan as an Additional Director of KPCL (considered as Independent Director as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015) as per Section 161 of the Companies Act, 2013 with effect from 23 July 2016 and he shall hold office upto the next Annual General Meeting.
