Polaris Consulting & Services allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Polaris Consulting & Services announced that that the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of Directors of the Company vide their circular resolution dated 21 July 2016 has approved, the allotment of 8,000 numbers of Equity Shares of Rs.5/- each to 2 (Two) Associates under ASOP 2003 Scheme and 11,580 numbers of Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each to 7 (Seven) Associates under ASOP 2011 Scheme.
