Power Grid Corporation of India appoints directors

At meeting held on 27 December 2014

Power Grid Corporation of India announced that the tenure of two Non-official Part-time Directors viz. Rita Sinha and Santosh Saraf, appointed w.e.f. 27 December 2011 for a period of three years vide GOI Order Dt. 27 December 2011 has come to an end on 26 December 2014 and they have ceased to be Directors on the Board of the Company.
