Prakash Constrowell will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 28 March 2016, to consider issue of equity shares/ warrants/ convertible securities on Preferential basis to Promoter group, associates and non-promoters and to consider other allied activities for carrying out such allotment subject to approval of members and compliance of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2009.
