At board meeting held on 02 November 2015

Premier Synthetics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 November 2015, has made following appointment and resignation in the Board Management Committee:

1. Appointment of Gunjan Kothari, as Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 03 November 2015.

2. Resignation of Niralbhai K. Sodavadiya, from the post of the Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 03 November 2015.
