Prestige Estates Projects consolidated net profit rises 58.15% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 5.59% to Rs 1443.73 crore

Net profit of Prestige Estates Projects rose 58.15% to Rs 113.57 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 71.81 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 5.59% to Rs 1443.73 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 1367.36 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit declined 41.93% to Rs 379.31 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 653.24 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales declined 13.68% to Rs 4774.45 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 5530.98 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
