Prestige Estates Projects standalone net profit declines 81.64% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 78.35% to Rs 997.00 crore

Net profit of Prestige Estates Projects declined 81.64% to Rs 57.20 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 311.60 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 78.35% to Rs 997.00 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 559.00 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit declined 60.70% to Rs 232.00 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 590.30 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 37.50% to Rs 2992.50 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 2176.40 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
