PSL provides updates on recent Board decision

PSL makes reference to BIFR

PSL announced that the Company has recently implemented the Board's decision by making the necessary reference to BIFR with a request for registration of Company's matter at the earliest.

Earlier, the Company's Board of Directors accorded its approval to the Company making reference to BIFR in accordance with the provisions of Section 15(i) of Sick Industrial Companies Act since the accumulated losses exceeded the networth of the Company.
