PTC India Fin Serv approves dividend

@ 2% i.e Rs 0.20 per share

The directors of PTC India in the Board meeting held today i.e. 12 May 2018 recommended a dividend @ 2% i.e. Rs. 0.20/- per share to the shareholders for their approval. Besides, the copy of audited results (Standalone and Consolidated) along with the audit report of the Statutory Auditor of the company for the quarter and financial year ended 31.03.2018 has been enclosed as Annexure A.
