Nifty Media index ended up 2.12% at 2465.4 today. The index has lost 0.00% over last one month. Among the constituents, Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd rose 4.19%, Dish TV India Ltd added 1.63% and Jagran Prakashan Ltd fell 1.56%. The Nifty Media index has decreased 29.00% over last one year compared to the 1.88% spike in benchmark Nifty 50 index. In other indices, Nifty Financial Services index increased 1.25% and Nifty Infrastructure index gained 1.10% on the day. In broad markets, the Nifty 50 recorded a gain of 0.62% to close at 10729.85 while the SENSEX increased 0.66% to close at 35704.64 today.
