Nifty Realty index ended up 1.80% at 310.65 today. The index has added 11.00% over last one month. Among the constituents, Prestige Estates Projects Ltd jumped 4.81%, Oberoi Realty Ltd rose 3.56% and Sobha Ltd added 2.87%. The Nifty Realty index has increased 29.00% over last one year compared to the 13.26% spike in benchmark Nifty 50 index. In other indices, Nifty Metal index increased 1.21% and Nifty Auto index gained 0.86% on the day. In broad markets, the Nifty 50 increased 0.33% to close at 12256.8 while the SENSEX witnessed a rise of 0.36% to close at 41599.72 today.
