Indus Software Inc. renamed as Systems Technologies

R Systems International announced that the name of Indus Software, Inc. (the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in U.S.A) has been changed to R Systems Technologies. The change of name has been registered by the Secretary of State, State of Delaware, Division of Corporations, USA on 01 June 2015.
