Under ESOS
Ramco Systems announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 September 2015 has approved an allotment of 90,737 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, being the exercise of 16,392 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2008 (ESOS 2008), 18,742 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2009 - Plan A (ESOS 2009 - Plan A), 34,253 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2009 - Plan B (ESOS 2009 - Plan B) and 21,350 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013.Consequent to this the paid up equity share capital has increased from 29,685,546 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to 29,776,283 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
