Under ESOS
Ramco Systems announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 January 2016, has approved an allotment of 68,569 equity shares of Rs.10/- each, being the exercise of 44,900 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2008 (ESOS 2008), 1,714 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2009 - Plan A (ESOS 2009 - Plan A), 14,167 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2009 - Plan B (ESOS 2009 - Plan B) and 7,788 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013.Consequent to this, the paid up equity share capital has increased from 29,906,059 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to 29,974,628 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
