Rapicut Carbides will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 November 2014, to approve Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the 2nd Quarter ended on 30 September 2014, to take note of Appointment of B D Markad as Vice-President (Operations), and to exclude R H Tahiliani from Promoter Category Group.
