Redington (India) allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Redington (India) announced that the ESOP Share Allotment Committee of the Directors of the Company has considered and approved the allotment of 44,250 (Forty four thousand two hundred and fifty) equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on September 11, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options granted under 'Redington (India) - Employee Stock Option Plan, 2008'.
