Redington India allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Redington India announced that the ESOP Share Allotment Committee of the Directors of the Company has considered and approved the allotment of 15,500 (Fifteen thousands, five hundred hundred) equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on January 25, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options granted under 'Redington (India) Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan, 2008'.
