Refex Industries appoints CFO

With effect from 14 February 2015

Refex Industries announced that it has appointed a chief financial officer in accordance with the provisions of Sec 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 with effect from 14 February 2015. The said officer has since taken charge of the post.
