Reliance Power announces change in CFO

With immediate effect

Reliance Power announced that N. Venugopala Rao, who was appointed as CFO of the Company on 31 December 2012, has been elevated as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sasan Power, 100% subsidiary of the Company.

Consequent to the above, the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 26 September 2014 have appointed Ashutosh Agarwala as the Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect. Ashutosh Agarwala is presently holding the position of President (Finance) in the Company.
