Responsive Industries announces change in directorate

With effect from 02 May 2018

Responsive Industries announced that Rishab Agarwal was appointed on the Board of the Company on 02 May, 2018 and is appointed as Managing Director of the Company in the Annual General Meeting of the Company w.e.f. 02 May, 2018. By virtue of being the Managing Director, Rishab Agarwal will also be the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.

Rohini Agarwal was appointed on the Board as Additional Director on 02 May, 2018 and is regularized as Director of the Company in the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 08 June, 2018.
