RInfra merger between WRTG & WRTM

Reliance Infrastructure announced that the board of directors in their meeting held on 11 November 2013 have approved a scheme of merger between Western Region Transmission (Gujarat) (WRTG) and Western Region Transmission (Maharashtra) (WRTM), wholly owned subsidiaries of Reliance Infrastructure (RInfra), subject to requisite approvals.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
