Rupee shatters
At 61.53/54 per dollar
Rupee on Monday (29 September 2014) suffered losses to close lower at 61.53/54 per dollar, against its previous close of 61.14/15 per dollar on Friday.A spike in dollar against Asia FX and awaiting RBI's decision on interest rate hike led to the drop in the Indian rupee value.
