Rural Electrification Corporation fixes record date for interim dividend

Record date is 18 February 2016

Rural Electrification Corporation announced that the Company has fixed 18 February 2016 as the "Record Date" for the purpose of Payment of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2015-16, if any, declared at the Board Meeting of the Company to be held on 10 February 2016.
