Sabero Organics Gujarat announces change in directorate

With effect from 18 December 2014

Sabero Organics Gujarat announced that G. Veera Bhadram who was appointed as President & Whole-time Director of the Company for the period of 3 (Three) years from 19 December 2011 to 18 December 2014, ceased to be Whole-time Director on completion of his term on 18 December 2014. However, he will continue to act as a Director of the Company.
