Sadbhav Engineering allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Sadbhav Engineering announced that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company has allotted 41000 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to the eligible employees on exercise of stock options under the Sadbhav Employee Stock Option Scheme 2008 (ESOS Scheme 2008).

Post allotment, the paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company would stands at 17,14,76,800 equity shares of Re. 1/- each aggregating to Rs. 17,14,76,800/-
