Sakthi Finance announces resignation of CFO

With effect from 30 September 2014

Sakthi Finance announced that M. K. Vijayaraghavan, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), holding the designation of Senior President (Finance and Corporate Services) has resigned from his position with the effect from 30 September 2014. The vacancy caused by his resignation will be filled up shortly.
