Sakthi Sugars terminates PPAs signed with TANGEDCO

To facilitate sale of power to third parties / captive users

Sakthi Sugars announced that the Power Purchase Agreement and Energy Purchase Agreements entered into between the Company and Tamilnadu Generation and Distribution Corporation (TANGEDCO) for supply of power generated by the Company at its Cogeneration Units at Sakthinagar, Sivaganga and Modakurichi have been terminated.

This termination is made to facilitate the Company to sell power to third parties / captive users.
