Salzer Electronics will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 1 April 2015, to consider the proposal of raising funds by means of issue of equity shares and other eligible securities to the qualified Institutional buyers, Strategic Investors, Promoters and Promoter Groups on private placement basis.
