Salzer Electronics will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2016, to consider and approve Un-audited financial statement and Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30 June 2016, & to consider and approve the stock split - 1 equity share of Rs. 10/- each into 10 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.
