Sarup Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 24 May 2016, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the company for the fourth quarter/year ending 31 March 2016 as per regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015,to recommend final dividend for the year ending 31 March 2016, if any.
