Sat Industries announced that w.e.f. 30 November 2015, Aeroflex International - engaged in manufacturing of machine parts and tools and engineering products made of steel has become wholly owned subsidiary of the Company consequent upon acquisition of 10,00,000 no. of equity shares (100%).
