Sharp India announces change in directorate

With effect from 11 November 2014

Sharp India announced about the following:

1. Prashant Asher has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from 11 November 2014. He has also been appointed as a Non Executive Independent Director of the Company.

2. Bhumika Batra has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from 11 November 2014. She has also been appointed as a Non Executive Independent Director of the Company.

3. Sunil Sinha has resigned as an Executive Director of the Company with effect from 30 September 2014. However he will continue as the Chairman & Director of the Company.
