Shoppers Stop announces allotment of shares

Shoppers Stop announced that the Nomination and Remuneration (Including Corporate Governance) Committee of the Company has allotted 66,507 equity share of Rs. 5/- each, on account of exercise of vested Employee Stock Options by an employees of the Company under ESOP 2008 Schemes on 05 November 2014.
