Shree Ram Urban infrastructure announces resignation of director

Shree Ram Urban infrastructure announced that Dr. O. P. Chawla, has tendered his resignation vide letter dated 20 July 2016 as an Independent Director of the Company.

Further the Board of Directors has accepted his resignation by Board Resolution by Circulation w.e.f. 02 August 2016.
