Sical Logistics announces change in directorate

With effect from 30 June 2014

Sical Logistics announced that:

1. The Board has appointed Sunil Sudhakarrao Deshmukh as an additional director of the Company w.e.f. 01 July 2014.

2. The Board has accepted the resignation of S R Ramakrishnan w.e.f. close of the working hours of 30 June 2014.
