On conversion of FCCBs
Sintex Industries has allotted 47,56,954 Equity shares of Re. 1/- each to Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds ('FCCB') holders on the exercise of their conversion right. With the said allotment of 47,56,954 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each of the Company as aforesaid, the paid up equity share capital of the Company as on May 9, 2017 stands increased from Rs. 55,01,84,746/- to Rs. 55,49,41,700/- divided into 55,49,41,700 Equity shares of Re. 1/- each.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
