Sintex Plastics Technology allots 1.55 crore equity shares
On conversion of FCCBs
Sintex Plastics Technology has allotted 1,55,88,171 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each of Sintex Plastics Technology to Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds.With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased to Rs 57.05 crore comprising of 57,05,29,871 equity shares of Re 1 each.
