On conversion of FCCBs

Sintex Plastics Technology has allotted 29,27,356 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each of Sintex Plastics Technology to Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds holder upon exercise of their conversion Right.

Post the allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased to Rs 58.60 crore dividend into 58,60,44,858 equity shares of Re 1 each.
