SIS allots 2.26 lakh equity shares under ESOP
SIS has allotted 226,000 equity shares of Rs. 5 each
on 20 March 2021 pursuant to exercise of options granted under the Employee Stock Option Plan.
The paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly been increased to Rs. 74,12,48,060/- divided into 14,82,49,612 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each.
