SORIL Holdings & Ventures allots 41 lakh equity shares

On conversion of warrants

SORIL Holdings & Ventures has allotted 41 lakh equity shares of Rs 2 each to promoter group entities of the Company, upon exercise/conversion of equivalent number of warrants, which were allotted to them pursuant to and in terms of shareholders' approval dated 16 December 2017.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 10,96,36,986 divided into 5,48,18,493 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.
